I came across Marie’s voice before I knew her name. It was in one of her podcast episodes, at a time when I was only just discovering Substack.
Her way of saying things embodies what I would call a steady gentleness: the kind that reassures you. When the idea for The Aligned Shift’s magazine was born (today it is Correspondences), I knew hers was a voice that belonged here.
Marie is the voice behind Souveraineté Émotionnelle (Emotional Sovereignty, in French) Souveraineté émotionnelle . Behind those words lies a clear mission: to give people back their power. Not so that they become dependent on being accompanied, but so that they leave with concrete tools, a method, and the ability to use them on their own.
Marie does not believe emotions are a problem to be managed. She believes they are a lever we were never taught to use. Her approach does not go through mental analysis. It goes through feeling: “How does this situation make me feel? What does it awaken in me?” Welcoming the emotion, letting the body do its work, moving through it so it can be released for good. And alongside this, deprogramming limiting beliefs and patterns of self-sabotage, in order to reprogram a more aligned way of functioning.
It is this combination of emotional release and reprogramming that makes deep, lasting change possible, while leaving each person autonomous in managing their own inner world.
Through her articles, her podcast episodes and her spaces for transformation, she asks essential questions: what do you do with what you feel? What if your anger were a guide? What if letting go were not a posture, but a path?
These questions resonate deeply with what The Aligned Shift carries, because learning to steer your own inner world may well be the first step toward meeting others through resonance rather than through noise.
Welcome, Marie ✨ 🌸
A place for your voice
The Aligned Shift is an editorial house where practitioners and those they accompany first meet through resonance, without the noise. Two doors: Correspondences | The Aligned Shift Magazine for the written word, and Words of Shifters, the podcast, for the spoken one.
Do you accompany others? Write or speak with us. Over time, your presence in the house opens a profile page for you on thealignedshift.media: a page in your name, linked to your writing, where people looking for a practitioner can find and contact you. It can’t be bought or requested; it is earned through your presence. More visibility online, so a better chance of being found by people who search through AI agents.
