I have known for almost 20 years. In this life, at least. Because I am certain we have known each other for much longer than that.

She is the only person I recognized the very first time we met. It was quite an incredible moment, such a powerful recognition of a past that had not been lived here. So powerful that I truly didn’t know whether it was the first time we had met in this life or not.

20 years already! And the things we have seen together!

Born in Paris to Spanish parents, she left to live abroad on her own at 21. Now settled in Spain, after time in India, Spain, several places in France and Brazil, she accompanies souls in transition through holistic practices she has been exploring for more than 20 years and has practiced professionally for 15. Alma can do this because she has truly been there herself. She is one of those people who cross geographical, cultural and inner borders with a grace that seems natural, yet is the fruit of deep inner work and a seriously solid foundation of professional training.

She knows what it is to lose everything in order to rebuild herself better. Neurodivergent and multipotentialite, she turns what some call “difference” into a real strength. She accompanies souls in transition because she has been through it herself, and came back with tools, a presence, and a rare capacity to listen.

But above all, Alma is an extreme sensitivity. And an equally extreme strength, because it takes that much strength to move through what hypersensitivity demands of those who feel the world with nothing between it and their skin.

She speaks to us of expatriation, of rebuilding, of identity, of deep Essence, of alignment, of choice, of spirituality, and of that moment when you realize that changing countries was only the beginning, because the real journey is within.
